Strategic Planning
In the spring of 2016 BCS developed a strategic plan for 2017-2022. Four committees were formed using parents and board members. These committees looked at facilities, students/parents, curriculum, and boards/leadership. Survey recommendations from parents and students along with board/leadership input gave the committees a number of planning items to consider.
Committees were to evaluate each opportunity and narrow the list to 3-5 items they felt would most benefit BCS students. Research was conducted to find cost to implement/maintain, who would lead each initiative, along with timeframe to implement. The Head of School compiled all findings/recommendations and presented to the board of directors for final approval.
